Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an article is canceled after placing the order. Of course you will always receive a message about this by e-mail.
As soon as the item is canceled, the purchase amount will also be refunded automatically, which you will receive within 2 working days.
If the item is back in stock later, you will unfortunately not receive it, because the purchase amount has already been refunded. You can then place a new order.

Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed. In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible.
Once your order is processed, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make adjustments.
Right after you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information.
You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
