Product Returns

We offer refunds for returned goods in their original, unworn and unused condition within 14 days.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using recorded delivery.

 

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  

 - Request a return authorization through the Sumibu Returns Center.

 

- Enter the email address associated with your order and select the item(s) you wish to return.

 

- Once your return request is approved, we will generate a return shipping label for you.

 

- You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay for the return shipping label.
