Returns & Exchanges
We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched or stained. All products must be returned in their departure condition (from us) with the package case intact and have all SUMIBU tags attached.
How do I return?
You are welcome to return items within 30 days to Zeedijk 60. All returns in store are free. To return your online purchase in store, you will need to bring your delivery note.

Returns are at your own costs!
I do not have a return form.
If you don’t have a return form, you can download a blank one here. Then attach the return sticker to the box. Please be aware that the sticker is not a prepaid return label. You will have to pay for the return costs.
Can I return or exchange my order at Zeedijk 60?
Yes of course!
You are welcome to return items within 14 days to Zeedijk 60. All returns in store are free. To return your online purchase in store, you will need to bring your delivery note.

Are exchanges possible by post?
Exchanges are not possible by post - we recommend returning the item and then ordering it again.
When can I expect my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 days of receiving your return.
We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.
