You have 14 days to return the item after purchase date. Only if unopened and unworn. Shipping & Return costs are always for the buyer!
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE SIZE I ORDERED IS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?
Please refer to our size chart. There are no exchanges allowed so please make sure that you refer to the size chart prior to selecting items for purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing & up to an additional 7 business days for domestic orders. Please note, we do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to track your order for you!
DOES SUMIBU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes! We ship internationally. Please note international customers are responsible for any customs fee’s incurred during international shipping.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
