We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will inform you of this via email.

We will ensure that the webshop does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

All the information you provide to Sumibu is strictly private and confidential. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

We will accept returns, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please contact us via support@sumibu.jp. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. When placing an order at our webshop, you are responsible for the cost of return.

We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure.

All the items bought during sale/discount events cannot be refunded. Items will be refunded in the form of a voucher of the same amount to spend in our webshop.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
